Welcome to Aisance Cloud, your all-in-one AI platform for everyday life, work, and learning. Aisance Cloud and Aisance App are developed and published by Cyberesia SA, a Swiss software company based in Geneva, committed to delivering advanced AI solutions without compromising your privacy.
With Aisance, you access a suite of powerful AI services built with data protection as a core priority. We handle the information you share with us responsibly and use it only for the purposes described in this policy. Depending on the feature you use, your prompts and AI outputs may be processed by trusted third-party providers (see "Third parties" below). Any message containing explicit personal information — such as your name or address — may, alone or combined with other data, be used by those providers to identify you.
We prioritise the confidentiality and security of the personal information you share with us. As we continue to evolve and expand our platform, we remain committed to this privacy policy and ensure that new features comply with it.
We hope you enjoy your experience with Aisance.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
On our public marketing website, including the discovery quiz at /landing/discover, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible mode) to distinguish human visitors from bots and protect forms from automated abuse.
When you use these pages, Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent, TLS fingerprint, and the site key associated with our domain. Cyberesia SA uses Turnstile as the website operator; Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to deliver the bot-protection service.
Further details are set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Links to both documents appear in the "Third-party privacy policies" section below. For requests relating to data Cloudflare processes to provide Turnstile to us, contact contact@cyberesia.com. For Cloudflare's processing as a controller, contact Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com.
